On biting and chewing, wherein the former exceeds my capacity for the latter.

Upcoming deadlines, with state of current preparedness noted:

-Oct. 1: Deadline to file Application for Alabama State Bar Exam. Have gathered the necessary forms. Have not filled them in. Have contacted one attorney with request to certify my character. Have not received affirmative reply. Have not contacted two other required attorney affiants. Have not told my wife I am this far behind.

-Oct. 17: Pharmacy College Admission Test (PCAT). Have applied and paid fees. Have not had organic chemistry. Have not brushed up on Calculus. Have taken LSAT, hoping the experience is relevant. Have not studied prep materials.

-Nov. 7: Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE). Have applied and paid fees. Have not printed ticket. Have purchased study materials. Have not studied them.

-Dec. 12: Law school graduation. Have notified mother. Have not purchased cap and gown. Have filed Intent to Graduate form. Have not allowed myself to believe I will finally be finished.
